In Sword and Shield, Sizzlipede is a Fire and Bug Type which is why it is weak against Water, Flying and Rock type. It can be found and caught within Route 3 (Non Overworld) and has 50 HP, 65 Attack, 50 SP Attack, 45 Defense, 50 SP Defense and 45 Speed Max IV Stats.
Catching Sizzlipede
When you are on Route 3 there is a 1% rarity chance that you will find a wild Sizzlipede. This encounter type would be Non-overworld.
For the encounter to happen you would have to run into the tall grass and trigger shaking grass patch. You will repeat this process until you encounter a will sizzlipede.
Once you encounter a wild Sizzlipede you can use any pokemon that it is weak against and then throw a Poke Ball at it to capture it and this is how you can catch a sizzlipede.

To evolve it you can go to your bag and use any Exp. Candy on it to increase its level. If it reaches level 28 it will evolve into Centiskorch. Centiskorch gains the following base stats at level 28

- Defense: 65
- Sp. Defense: 90
- HP: 100
- Speed: 65
Sizzlipede Locations
It cannot be found in overworld which is visible in the game. You have a small chance of running into it randomly in tall grass, in all types of weather conditions in Route 3.

White Smoke: Its stats wouldn’t be lowered by other pokemon because of the white smoke that protects it
Flame Body: The pokemon that comes in contact will burn.
