Destiny 2 Shadowkeep Powerful Rewards Guide

Now that Destiny 2’s newest expansion, Shadowkeep, has been out for over a week players have undoubtedly finished the campaign and hit the soft cap of Power Level 900. However, that is just the beginning of what the expansion and the current Season of Undying has to offer as the real grind for gear begins now.

Our guide will focus on helping you acquire powerful rewards throughout all the new content in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep to increase your power level and take on new challenges such as the Garden of Salvation raid.

Destiny 2 Shadowkeep Powerful Rewards

Levelling up beyond level 900 is a slow and arduous task. It can only be done by completing activities that are labeled “powerful gear” will grant you the gear needed to level up at a decent pace.

The equipment gained from such activities are well above your current level, and are therefore the most surefire way of reaching the much sought after power level: Level 960 (Note: you first have to reach level 950, after which you have to collect very rare rewards in order to reach the ultimate level of 960)

You do have to reach level 900 first by whatever means you deem fit, as the activities labelled “powerful gear” doesn’t appear until you reach that soft cap. This is possibly to prevent players from wasting their powerful rewards on drops that are below level 900.

Once you have reached the aforementioned level, these activities will present themselves. There’s quite a few of them to collect, and this article is here to list down all the Powerful Rewards sources in Shadowkeep. Look for golden glowing circular emblems on every Destination in the game to see which activities offer Powerful gear that can potentially boost your power level.
