During combat in Ghost Recon Breakpoint, it is very normal to get hurt but, if you do not heal yourself quickly, that can be a problem. Not that you are going to die very easily, but you do not want something broken that is going to slow you down in the combat. That is where this Ghost Recon Breakpoint Healing guide comes in, showing you how the healing mechanics have changed since Wildlands.
Ghost Recon Breakpoint Healing
To start off, you need to know how your health works. Basically, if you are in a PvE mode then you are at a benefit seeing that if you get a dent on your health bar, you just have to wait as your health bar regenerates itself. A semi-depleted health segment will regeneration but to fully regain health, you will need to use healing items.
In case, if you are playing the PvP mode, then you have to be more careful as in this mode, suffering from injuries can lead you bars to do down depending on the kind of injury you have got. This can lead to a slow movement in the game.
For this, you require the healing items in the game. So either you use the bandages, or you use the syringes. You have unlimited access to bandages, so you can use however many you like.
But there is a draw here that applying the bandage gets time-consuming and if you are in the middle of the combat, you do not need that. That is why using syringes are more helpful.
You might be able to find syringes as loot from various sources but you can also craft them in order to use them and for that, you need to have access to the Bivouac.
The Bivouac or campfire is the only place that allows you to craft materials. Once you enter Auroa, you can find numerous Bivouacs scattered around the world visible from a distance by a smokestack rising up.
Below is a list of healing items and rations you can craft at these Bivouacs that either help you heal or provide benefits to counteract the effects of injuries:
Syringe Mk. 1: Heals and removes injuries

Then there is one last thing that you can use, play as the Field Medic class. For this, you need to have your class ability bar full.
You can use the Field Medic’s healing drone for yourself as well as for your team. Just see if your class ability bar is full and then wait for the notification to appear that is going to allow you to use the healing drone.
The drone is equally beneficial as the other healing items. It just depends on what the situation demands.
