In Remnant: From the Ashes, we have some items or artifacts, they may be craftable or not, but can be used to access some really good perks and advantages like temporary buffs or deal damage. Remnant: From the Ashes Dragon Heart is an item just like that. It is a consumable item and such items can be found when you kill an enemy or a boss enemy, they might drop it or you can loot it from them, scattered in various location, sold by merchants, given at the start of the game or from Treasure Chests.

Remnant: From the Ashes Dragon Heart

  • You will be given a free Dragon Heart by Reggie when you turn on the reactor at Ward 13.
  • Keep in mind that Dragon Heart is not a craftable item.

Use and Effect
This item can be used by pressing XXX button if you are using console and by pressing Q for PC play. It can instantly heal you or your ally to the full health and stamina or you can even resurrect a dead ally.

Upgrade the Dragon Heart
There is a woman trapped in chapel in a tree. You will go to the chapel as you progress the story. When you go to chapel you will see that woman by the name of Root Mother. You have to rescue the Root Mother.

You just have to defend her while she will help herself to get free. After that, you can return to Ward 13 and you will see Root Mother there in vendor room near to crystal room.

To upgrade the Dragon Heart, you will need a few resources, with every upgrade you will get one more heal. You will need 1000x Scrap, 10x Lumenite Crystals, and 1x Simulacrum. Lumenite Crystals and Simulacrum are very rare.

Lumenite Crystals will fall from special enemies that will take you some effort to defeat while Simulacrum will fall from even harder and special and tougher enemies that will take you a lot of effort to defeat.

Keep in mind that these items can be used to craft other things as well that can be important, so think about it before you consume them to make Dragon Heart.
