A lot of fans have been waiting for Rainbow Six: Siege year four, season three’s Operation Ember Rise and its duo operators. Two days ago, Ubisoft released an image, a trailer, and a report which teases Operation Ember Rise and Garra and Volcán, the two operators coming to Rainbow Six: Siege.
In a post made via the official Rainbow Six Siege account on Twitter, Ubisoft teased the upcoming Operation Ember Rise which showcases the duo operators. In the image, we can see Garra and Volcán sitting by a campfire with a jungle-like background. The image is very similar to the images that were leaked earlier this month.
Ubisoft also posted a short R&D styled stress test experiment video which showcases the duo’s gear. We can see Garra’s Hook and Volcán’s Shield that players will be able to use in Rainbow Six: Siege’s Operation Ember Rise.
In addition to this, Ubisoft also posted an R&D report addressed to Harry by Specialist Elena “Mira” María Álvarez, Rainbow R&D Director. In the report, which acts as a teaser, we learn more about the duo operators that will be featured in Rainbow Six: Siege’s Operation Ember Rise.
Garra is described in the report by Mira saying, “She works best when her opponents are distracted. If she goes charging in, she’s going to get a bullet to the face. And she’ll deserve it. But for now, with her unpredictability, she’s set to turn our whole routine upside down.”
Volcán, on the other hand, is the opposite, or as Mira puts it: “He’s quiet but thoughtful. I’m not surprised his invention is the same. In both cases, if you underestimate or misjudge, he’ll be on you like lighting.”
While all of this is interesting, players will be able to learn more with the upcoming full reveal which is set to occur on August 18 on the Rainbow Six Siege Twitch channel during the Six Major Raleigh.
