Square Enix certainly hasn’t fallen short in announcing their lineup for San Diego Comic Con 2019.
The comic con event will take place from July 18th-21st, and one of the most anticipated panels in Square Enix’s lineup is the new gameplay for Marvel’s Avengers Game.
Shaun Escayg, the creative director at Crystal Dynamics alongside the cast of Marvel’s Avengers, will hold a special presentation for attendees on July 18th. This will include new information and the very first public revelation for the new Avengers game.
Following that, there will also be a Performance Cast Autograph Session at the Marvel Games Booth, where attendees will have the opportunity to get autographs from the cast – including Nolan North (Iron Man), Troy Baker (Bruce Banner), Laura Bailey (Black Widow), Jeff Schine (Captain America) and Travis Willingham (Thor).
Shaun Escayg will also be signing an exclusive Marvel’s Avengers lithographs, alongside Bill Roseman, the VP and creative director of Marvel Games.
Avengers aside, what else will the Square Enix panel be offering? As well as Marvel’s Avengers, there will also be a Life is Strange panel. Taking place on July 20th, Life is Strange’s co-creative director and lead writer will present “an in-depth genesis of Life is Strange 2.”
The panel will offer a backstory behind the game’s narrative, as well as secrets from behind-the-scenes and an exclusive look at the next chapter of Life is Strange 2 – perfect for those highly anticipating chapter four.
As well as exciting panels taking place, there will also be giveaways of limited items such as a Final Fantasy VII remake poster and a Final Fantasy Brave Exvius Japanese-styled hand fan.
Of course, gameplay for Marvel’s Avengers remains to be seen until its revelation at San Diego Comic Con, and we can’t wait to see what it’s like. We are also expecting that the panel will discuss the difficulty level of Marvel’s Avengers which is expected to be God of War level.
