Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night Secret Rooms Locations Guide

To achieve the “Cartography” Trophy/Achievement in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, you will have to complete 100% of the map. This guide will help you locate all the Secret Rooms in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. Bloodstained has a massive labyrinth that is filled with demons, secret rooms, and keys to unlock these rooms.

Similar to games like Symphony of the Night and Hollow Knight, 100% map completion in Bloodstained: RotN can prove to be annoying and difficult without any pointers.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night Secret Rooms Locations

You will probably be able to complete 85-95% of the map yourself, but then you will find yourself stuck and unable to find what is left of the map. Reaching near the end of the game will let you travel anywhere.

By finding these secrets rooms and 100% completing the map, you will not only unlock “Cartography” but also upgrade your character and acquire shards and weapons.

Each secret room usually contains a permanent health, mana or capacity upgrade for your character. You will also find rewards like rare items and awesome weapons in these secret rooms.

You can access secret rooms by smashing walls, ceilings, and floors. An example is a secret room located in the Hall of Termination near the final boss arena.

The map is divided into three main regions i.e. the Galleon, the Main Castle, and the Side Area.

The Galleon
This is the first area you will enter when you start Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. There is only one secret room in this part of the labyrinth, but you will not be able to get through all the rooms on your first visit to The Galleon.

This is because many areas of this section require you to have jumping skills to reach so come back after getting these skills.

Main Castle
Seeing the map, you can already tell this is where you will spend most of your time in the game.

Slash away at the walls to break them and enter the secret rooms, but for some rooms, you will not be able to do this. That is because you need to break the ceiling or the floor to enter them.

Side Area
This area does not have any secret rooms. You will reach this area near the end of the game. However, you will not be able to even access most parts of this area if you are not on the path for the True Ending of Bloodstained: RotN.

This is how you can access all Secret Rooms in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. If you have any questions, feel free to let us know!
