Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines acquired quite a fan following after its launch. That is why fans were happy when Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 was announced and now the developers have confirmed the game’s release window.
Developer Paradox Interactive released a new trailer for the upcoming title. The trailer gave us the first look at Vampire The Masquerade bloodlines 2 gameplay and also confirmed the game’s release window. The game will launch in Q1 of 2020 so expect the game to launch between January and March 2019.
As for the gameplay, the trailer reveals that there will be multiple ways for players to encounter situations and a number of factions to deal with. The story also looks intriguing but until the game releases, it remains to be seen if it’s anything like the first one.
With the launch of Epic Games Store, many publishers made their games Epic Store exclusives partly due to its revenue split. However, shortly after the Epic’s mega sale started, the developers pulled back pre-orders for Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 and the game will return after the sale is over.
The publisher didn’t specify why it pulled back pre-orders from Epic Store. There is a possibility that it was due to Epic Store’s Mega Sale as the game going on sale before its launch raises some concerns.
This might also be the reason why Cyberpunk 2077 isn’t available for pre-order at Epic despite pre-orders are available at Steam and GOG.
However, this didn’t have any impact on Cyberpunk 2077’s pre-orders as the game became the best-selling game on Steam and GOG just a few hours after it went live.
Also, if you pre-order the game you will receive pre-order bonuses which include Game Soundtrack, Cyberpunk 2020 Sourcebook, Art Booklet, and Wallpapers. But, if you pre-order the game on GOG you will receive a bit more digital bonuses compared to Steam.
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 is a first-person action RPG in development at Paradox Interactive. The game will launch in 2020 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
