A Weird Purple Fortnite Xbox One S Limited Edition Bundle Leaked

According to a leak, Microsoft has planned an Xbox One S Limited Edition Bundle for Fortnite which is likely to be unveiled at E3 2019 with an exact confirmation on the release date.

As reported by WinFuture, Microsoft is preparing to unveil a special purple Fortnite-styled version of the Xbox One S console. According to WinFuture’s sources, the box will contain a copy of Fortnite along with 2,000 V-Bucks for in-game spending. The Xbox One S console will feature 1TB of storage along with a month of free subscriptions to Xbox Live Gold, EA Access and Xbox Game Pass. The console will also have a Dark Vertex skin to make it stand out from the rest.

If the WinFuture’s sources are true, the Xbox One S Limited Edition Bundle for Fortnite will cost just under €300 in Germany, and likely to be $299 in the US. And for Fortnite fans, that isn’t a bad price at all.

As you may know, Microsoft ditched its Blu-Ray Disc Drive with the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition for an all-digital gaming experience by using Microsoft’s Cloud Storage Technology. However, the Xbox One S Limited Edition Bundle for Fortnite will retain its optical Blu-Ray drive so players can still load up games and watch movies using the drive.

This isn’t the first time Microsoft has come out with a special edition Xbox for a popular game. Back in 2017, Microsoft developed the Xbox One S Minecraft Limited Edition. The console had pixelized graphics work along with two similar themed controllers.
