Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Improved Graphics Mod With Ultrawide Support Is A Thing Of Beauty

Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild is a Nintendo Switch exclusive but, it’s playable on PC with the help of CEMU. This has opened the game to mods and this time modders have rolled out a new Zelda Breath of Wild mod that brings improved graphics, Ultrawide support and removes cell shading.

You can see the Zelda Breath of Wild graphics mod in the video below and the game looks beautiful. While the mod does bring ultrawide support but the UI still needs work as it’s stretched.

Other than that, Zelda Breath of Wild graphics mod is a treat to look at and with the cell shading removed, the game looks even more gorgeous.

Speaking of Zelda, Nintendo has announced Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake for Nintendo Switch. Link’s Awakening originally launched for Gameboy and is considered one of the best Legend of Zelda games.

Link’s Awakening will launch later this year, however, according to rumor, Nintendo will launch two Legend of Zelda games in 2019.

What is more interesting is that the report claims that the unannounced Legend Of Zelda game is supposed to release before Link’s Awakening remake.

It’s unclear if the unannounced Zelda title is a completely new game for Nintendo Switch or will it be a remake/remaster like Link’s Awakening. Given that this is just a rumor, take it with a grain of salt.

Mass Effect Andromeda launched the same month as Zelda: Breath of the Wild. However, due to numerous issues and bugs, the game failed. However, an EA exec had the nerve to blame Zelda for the failure of ME Andromeda.

I think it came out in a really really busy window in March, perhaps the busiest window in the history of the gaming industry where 5 RPGs released in the same month. It came out in the same month as Zelda.

Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild is an open-world action adventure game developed by Nintendo exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
