The Outer Worlds Release Date Removed From Steam Database

The release date of The Outer Worlds is seen in the Steam Database. The leak points to a 2019 release date on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. According to Steam Database, The Outer Worlds is coming out on August 6, 2019. There are so many rumors surrounding the game and its release date, however, this has been the most credible so far.

Steam Database has since removed the release date for The Outer Worlds but the word is out there now. What’s assuring at least is the fact that Obsidian is not going to make its new RPG game exclusive to Epic Games Store. The Outer Worlds will release sometime in 2019 on Steam, Epic Games Store, and other retailers across the globe.

Removing the release date from the database indicates that the RPG could very well be releasing this year. However, we need official confirmation from the developers which will probably come around E3 2019.

The game is created by Obsidian with a team of developers who worked on previous Fallout games. The Outer Worlds is a Fallout-like RPG that’s creating plenty of buzz around the internet, mainly due to its announcement timings. The game was announced by Obsidian right when Fallout from Fallout 76’s botched launch was hitting Bethesda hard.

While Obsidian developers claim there was no correlation between Fallout 76 and the announcement ofThe Outer Worlds, it is still a big coincidence to digest without speculating.

Speculation and rumors aside, there is plenty to discuss when it comes to the new RPG game. Many assume that the title will be huge and is going to compete with Fallout. However, that is not the case as the developers themselves confirmed that the world of The Outer Worlds is huge but not as big as Fallout games. But rest assured there will be enough content to satisfy your gameplay needs.

Players will also be able to expand and customize their experience thanks to mod support after launch.
