The latest survival Battle Royale Apex Legends is from Respawn Entertainment. Survival being of the essence, you will constantly need to be on the know for any consumables that let you regenerate health and restore your shield.
In this Apex Legends Guide, we have detailed everything you need to know about how to heal and restore shield in Apex Legends.
How to Heal and Replenish Shield in Apex Legends
Whether it is about your survival or providing the necessary helping hand allowing your allies to survive, health packs and shield batteries are essential to the whole process.
Fortunately, these are riddled across many spots on the map and can be found in the same places you would find any weapons.
So obtaining these would be quite natural and organic as you roam around the map while avoiding or dealing with enemies.
Once you’ve collected the sufficient healing or shield restoring items, bring them up by the “up” button on the d-pad on PS4 and Xbox Controller or “4” on PC.
Find a safe place to commence the process since regeneration of these statuses will take a few seconds during which if you press any other button, the countdown will reset.
However, it should be noted that you could move during the process, which is encouraged because a stationary target is always easier to take down than a moving one.
Apart from the consumables gathered from the environment, a character-specific ability will also allow you to heal should you have such a player on your team.
The Lifeline character in a squad will have the ability that they can trigger using the L1/LB on the controllers or the “Q” key on PC. Once activated, the ability will release a drone that will heal the teammates in close proximity.
That is all about healing and restoring shields when it comes to Apex Legends. For more information, you can head to our Guide Hub.
