Secret Mission #1 – Zagi
The entire mission revolves around the technique of going all out and keeping Estellise to stay away. If Zagi starts to overwhelm you a little, you can always use Estellise’s healing capabilities to your advantage but be sure not to let her get in the way.
Secret Mission #2 – Goliath
The entire encounter is about baiting Goliath’s X Buster and attacking the shining stone in one of his feet. As for X Buster, it is well telegraphed. You just need to be prepared for dodge away as soon as you see him crossing his arms in front of him.
Secret Mission #3 – Gattuso
This is comparatively a harder mission as compared to others. What you need to do is to bait Gattuso to come somewhere close to a Billybally Plant and then melee the plant causing it to stun Gattuso. That is pretty much all!
Secret Mission #4 – Zagi Part-2
For this mission, you need to wait for Zagi’s upward spinning attack. Once you see him do it, you need to get under/behind him and use your over-limit to push him off the edge.
Secret Mission #5 – Dreaded Giant
What you need to do is to wait for the Dreaded Giant to stand on its hind legs and then go all in. You need to make sure that you are able to deplete his shield and then bring him down.
Secret Mission #6 – Gigalarva
This mission is all about positioning. You need to control Raven and bring Gigalarva to under 24,000 HP. Once done, face it and cast Serpent to prevent healing. Ofttimes, you will have to reposition yourself or recast the Serpent.
Secret Mission #7 – Barbos
There are three steps of this secret mission:
- Take out the bridge supports.
- Eliminate Barbos.
- Profit?
Secret Mission #8 – Zagi Part-3
All you need to do is to stand at a distance and wait until blastia explodes.
Secret Mission #9 – Pteropus
Once you see Pteropus divide, you need to target and defeat the Leader Bat. The important bit here is to just target and eliminate the Leader Bat regardless of splits.
Secret Mission #10 – Outbreaker
What you need to do is to target the core before defeating the Outbreaker. The ideal way of doing so is to hit it with a Tracker Beam or with Judith. It should not take you long before you complete the mission.
Secret Mission #11 – Belius
As soon as you see Belius’ double appear, you need to use Yuri’s Destruction Field arte in order to relight the four candles. Do note that you do not have to resort to Yuri’s DF only.
Secret Mission #12 – Nan & Tison
During the battle, you will notice that Nan & Tison will strike their weapons into the ground causing them to lose a little balance. It is at this precise moment that you need to hit them with everything you got in order to complete the mission.
Secret Mission #13 – Schwann
After you see Schwann use his Mystic Arte, immediately use your recovery followed by an Azure Storm to deplete his shield and damage him.
Secret Mission #14 – Zagi Part-4
For this mission, what you basically need to do is to prevent Zagi from poisoning himself by using Karol’s Nice Recovery Smash.
Secret Mission #15 – Baitojoh
In order to complete this mission, what you need to do is to wait for Baitojoh’s Ice Edge attack. As soon as you see it, you need to hit it before the animation is complete. This should allow you to hurl it out of the water and complete the mission.
Secret Mission #16 – Estellise
During the second, solo fight against Estellise, you need to trigger the night-event titled “What’s Important to Estellise” in Mantaic and head there before heading to Myorzo.
Secret Mission #17 – Yeager
Arguably one of the hardest missions in the game and will most likely take you quite a few tries to complete. One of the best strategies to use is to have Karol, Repede, Yuri, Rain, and Raven. You need to have Karol, Repede, and Yuri go all out while Raven stays behind and over-limit spamming Rain. While this strategy does not have a 100% success rate, some people have used it to great effect.
Secret Mission #18 – Alexei
This is almost like dealing with Schwann. What you need to do is to wait for the Mystic Arte, use recovery to get back up followed by using Azure Storms. Alternatively, you can also close in the distance and deal melee damage.
Secret Mission #19 – Gusios
This is another easy one to complete. You basically need to keep attacking his tail until you see him stand on his hind legs and beat his chest. As soon as you see him do it, go all in and knock him down to complete the mission.
Secret Mission #20 – Khroma Dragon
As soon as you see rocks falling, you need to head towards Khroma and attack her. This is pretty much all you need to do.
Secret Mission #21 – Flynn
You need to continue hitting Flynn until you see him use different types of Artes including his Mystic Arte. The list of Mystic Artes that you need to have Flynn use include:
- Dragon Swarm
- Beast
- Demon Fang
- Tiger Blade
- Demonic Chaos
- Sword Rain Alpha
- Holy Lance
- Sonic Thrust
- Demonic Circle

Secret Mission #22 – Zagi Part-5
For this mission, you need to see him Blastia Bane and hit him with Azure Storm as soon as it finishes. He uses it to move fairly often so you have plenty of time to complete it.
Secret Mission #23 – Duke
For this mission, you need to do it during the second battle. Continue hitting him until you see him below 15,000 HP and then use a Mystic Arte on him. Arguably, one of the best things to do is to use Rita’s Tidal Wave and then finish him off with Ancient Catastrophe.
