Mortal Kombat 11 Community Reveal event is scheduled to go live on January the 17th, at 11 AM (Pacific Standard Time) on Twitch.tv where the publisher will reveal more information about the new Mortal Kombat game, including some of the characters that will be included in the game, a little story, and hopefully, show some gameplay as well.
Apparently, some of the information for Mortal Kombat 11 has been leaked ahead of time. a user named ‘eon95’ leaked through private messages to The Nerd Mag, a slew of information about the game, and the soon-coming community reveal.
One of the detail in the leaks has turned out to be true, in fact: Mortal Kombat 11’s Box Art.
Apparently, according to eon95, Sonya Blade will be one of the characters that will be revealed in the Character Reveal and she will be voiced by the UFC Star, actress, and author, Ronda Rousey! I can totally imagine Ronda voicing Sonya.
Apparently, Ronda will also make her cameo here in the Character Reveal to show off Sonya. it’s interesting to know how she will be able to make time for that, considering she just had her championship battle against Sasha Banks in WWE Royal Rumble 2019.
It is unclear if Ronda will be in a Sonya costume or if Sonya will have a custom Ronda costume at the reveal, but we can expect it to be one of the two options to give the Character Reveal more stress.
Other character that might get introduced in the character reveal is a new character named Geras. It’ll be interesting to know what the developers have in mind for this new character, both his/her story and traits.
The Community Reveal in just 6 days will confirm how much of the rumors are true, though. NetherRealm has yet to deny or even comment on these leaks, which is kind of interesting and reassuring. We are hoping these leaks to be true, though. Let’s wait and see.
Do note that you might have to take this “reveal” with a grain of salt. Some of the contents of the alleged leak may change accordingly, though. We will have to see later, if any of the information does change. Do not fret though, we will surely keep you updated if anything does change.
