Games We Cannot Wait to Play in 2019

With the end of 2018, the new schedule of 2019’s games is now on a roll and will be providing us with the most awaited and anticipated games.

This year has a new set of games packed with action, horror, intricacy, great detail, and enhanced graphics with complicated characters and remarkable locations. The thrilling journey of games include:

Resident Evil 2 Remake

Release Date: Jan. 25, 2019

Following the release of 2002 remake of first Resident Evil for GameCube, 20 years later Capcom is releasing a remake of Resident Evil 2 which was released in 1998.

This Resident Evil is more focused on horror than action with the player controlling a police officer Leon S. Kennedy and a college student Claire Redfield attempting to survive an extremely long night fighting for their escape from the Zombie Apocalypse caused by a virus in the Raccoon city.

The game engine of RE2 will be same as the one used in RE7 modernizing the gameplay giving you a thrilling experience taking on with the third person over-the-shoulder camera similar to RE4 giving a more realistic effect to the game.

Metro Exodus

The third installment in the Metro video game series set in 2036 engaged as a first-person shooter who will be setting out a journey across Russia fighting the harsh nuclear winter.

The story is set in the post-apocalyptic land, 23 years after the nuclear war. The player will be scavenging for material, has to fight mutated animals and humans, with a lot of violence this game is not for the weak of heart.

Crackdown 3

Release Date: Feb. 15, 2019

After being delayed multiple times the game is finally set to be released this year.

This is a co-op where the players are agents who will be suiting up and using their weapons and powers to stop the criminal activities in New Providence by tearing the criminal organization, Terra Nova.

Different agents will be having different skills and abilities making the game more interesting. There will be jetpacks, grenades, guns and rocket launchers escalating the gameplay experience for the player.

Anthem

Release Date: Feb. 22, 2019

Another enticing and futuristic game of this year is the anthem, an action role-playing game with a third-person shooter.

A multiplayer game having a four-player co-op or can be played solo but why would we do it alone when we can play it online with our gaming squad.

You play it as a freelancer arraying ourselves in Javelin exosuits that will be having multiple qualities hiding riveting and more abilities. The game will be centered on exploration.

Your loot cannot be shared but having other players will make easier to do combos and will decrease difficulty for you.

Kingdom Hearts lll

Twelfth installment in the Kingdom Hearts series the game is a concoction of so many Disney characters. The player has to team up with different characters in different locations completing challenges and mini-games with them.

The player will be having a variety of new abilities and different attacks in the combats. More quests and missions will keep the game very interesting for the player.

Devil May Cry 5

Another banger Capcom is coming up with this year is the fifth installment in the Devil May Cry series.

With multiple playable characters and phenomenal weapons the game is filled with daring and testing battles, Nero and Dante will be found fighting demons with a new character named V (although Capcom hasn’t really disclosed the new character’s abilities).

Players should be ready to get absorbed by the complicated and unique weapons and challenging missions they’ll be handling in this game.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

Release Date: Mar. 22, 2019

Set up in Feudal Japan this game is about a Shinobi rescuing his Lord who is kidnapped by a samurai. The game is an action-adventure with masterfully created locations.

A katana is used as a weapon in the combats as well as the gadgets lodged in the prosthetic substituting the place of the shinobi’s arm. Tempting tools like a grappling hook will also be used to travel and explore the areas.

The anticipation is of using the gadgets and weapons on the enemies in the combats that are going to make the game even more electrifying and incredible.

Death Stranding

Release Date: TBA

The game was announced at E3 2016 still doesn’t have a set release date in 2019 but is the most expected game right now.

The game looks astounding with jaw-dropping visuals and graphics and is an action game in an open environment in which we’ll be seeing a journey of a man carrying his parcel in a world he’s transferred to.
