Halo Infinite Features Natural landscapes Prominently and Rewards Exploration

Halo Infinite is the biggest Halo in the works at 343 Industries. Since its reveal at E3, 343 Industries hasn’t shared much about the upcoming game in the Halo series. Finally, the franchise director Frank O’Connor has shared some tidbits of Halo Infinite.

On Twitter, Frank O’Connor was asked by a fan for some new information about Halo Infinite in exchange of corn-dogs which is something he can’t refuse. So Frank O’Connor responded by talking about exploration in the and its rewards.

The snow in our Xmas card of the E3 scene is temporary. The water will be varied. Natural landscapes will feature prominently. We know which Ring it is. Exploration will be rewarded.

That’s all we got to know in exchange for corn-dogs. That Halo Infinite ring is rumored to be a Zeta Halo ring which features natural landscapes.

Though we still don’t know when Halo Infinite will come out. 343 Industries has remained completely silent when it comes to the release date of Halo Infinite. Though it’s rumored that Halo Infinite has a release date set for 2019 so we have yet to see if it’s true or not.

Halo Infinite will focus on Master Cheif this time who’s going to have the coolest Master Chief design in the game series yet. During a recent live stream, Dan Chosich, Halo Infinite’s narrative experience director and Brian Jarrard discussed the new version of Master Chief design for Halo Infinite.

According to him, Master Chief 343 design in Halo Infinite “is by far the coolest Master Chief we have ever done, or that anybody’s ever really done”.

The new Master Chief design in Halo Infinite is inspired by Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 4, and Halo 5 but it looks very different and better now. Don’t worry the Master Chief Infinite Armor you saw in the Halo Infinite trailer is not the final model so the actual design has yet to be seen.

The stream also included some behind the scene footage of Halo Infinite E3 trailer. The stream shows us how the Halo Infinite trailer happened from the early footage to the final version which we saw on the big screen. We have to see the gameplay trailer of Halo Infinite and we expect it to be shown at E3 2019.

In other news, Halo film is still facing problems. Recently the director Rupert Wyatt behind this Halo film/series by Showtime has left the team.

Now Showtime has to find another filmmaker to work on the adaption of Halo on the big screens. Rupert Wyatt has worked on big hits like The Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Captive State. Though he detailed his reasons for leaving the Halo film/series project.

It’s with great disappointment that changes to the production schedule of Halo prevent me from continuing in my role as a director on the series. My time on Halo has been a creatively rich and rewarding experience with a phenomenal team of people. I now join the legion of fans out there, excited to see the finished series and wishing everyone involved the very best.

As for the game, it’s being built using the new Slipspace engine and we can’t wait to learn more about the game in 2019 so stay tuned if you want to know it all first.
