Red Dead Redemption 2 Online beta is currently live on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players can access Red Dead Online story missions, activities, and more with friends online. However, you can only play with your friends online on the same platform.
For the time being, there is no crossplay feature in Red Dead Redemption 2 Online. In order to play with your friends, you need to be on the same platform, otherwise, you can’t play together. This is something fans aren’t too happy about but there is a way to solve this problem and get cross play on Red Dead Online.
Earlier today, Rockstar Games asked its loyal fans to provide feedback and let them know what missions they can participate in, what’s not working, and more.
Rockstar Games has released an official feedback form for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players currently enjoying the RDR2 Online beta.
The official feedback form lets you let Rockstar know what features you would like to see via future Red Dead Online updates. In a detailed blog post prior to the launch of RDR2 Online beta, Rockstar Games promised the community its full support. Most of the features, improvements, and changes made to the game will be based on player feedback.
Crossplay is a highly demanded feature which the community should comvey properly to Rockstar via the official feedback forms.
To provide your feedback, of course, you need to play the game and own a copy of Red Dead Redemption 2. But you can still reach Rockstar Games without owning a copy of the game and let them know what you wish to see in RDR2 Online.
The online beta is available to those who own the special editions of the game but everyone will get access to the beta on November 30.
Rockstar Games teased crossplay for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Rockstar Games wants to make sure they release a full product which means it will take some time before it rolls out. There is no final release date for Red Dead Online as of yet.
