Super Smash Bros Ultimate will be upon us next month. Nintendo just revealed a ton of details in the last Nintendo Direct for the game. Nintendo has revealed that players will be able to boost their character in Super Smash Bros Ultimate if the opponent is too good.
Yes, you read it right, Nintendo will allow players to boost their character in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. However, this only works if both players are playing on the same system.
Meaning, players won’t be able to increase their character’s strength if they are playing online multiplayer. It is a good feature from Nintendo to allow players to even the odds if the opponent is just too good at the game.
Speaking of the game, Waluigi isn’t coming to Super Smash Bros Untilmate. However, fans are not happy about it and they voiced their concern to Nintendo by protesting for Waluigi.
Not only that, the game supports up to 32 players online. This is according to a Japanese retailer who distributed the Pamphlets noting that Super Smash Bros support up to 32 players online. However, it fails to clarify in what capacity these 32 players will be able to play together.
Nitnedo Switch is also getting a lot of support from 3rd-party devs and publishers. Bethesda has brought Skyrim, Fallout 4, Doom and more games to Switch. But, Fallout 76 isn’t coming to the hybrid console.
However, Bethesda has a good reason for it. According to the studio, Fallout 76 wasn’t doable on Nintendo Switch.
According to Pete Hines, “The Switch is something I can say with certainty that it’s a part of every conversation with every developer we have now about what we’re doing going forward because we consider it to be a viable platform”.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate is a fighting game in development at Nintendo. The game rolls out on December 7, 2018, for Nintendo Switch.
