Few months remain before the official release of Sekiro Shadows Die Twice. To increase the hype further, FromSoftware has presented a new Sekiro Shadows Die Twice gameplay through a weekly live stream.
This gameplay was a part of the weekly live stream from a Japenese magazine called Dengeki PlayStation. Sekiro Shadows Die Twice gameplay consists of the previous parts we have already seen. Though the reason for watching this gameplay is because it’s being played by Yasuhiro Kitao and Voice Actress Kanako Takatsuki.
Yasuhiro Kitao is a communication manager of From Software and apparently a very skilled player. However, for a “skilled player,” he sure doesn’t play that well. He got flanked and died a couple of times during the 5-7 min gameplay stream. Skip to 1:48:59 for the Shadows Die Twice gameplay.
From Software has shown us a lot of gameplay recently. Another one was shown being played by Producer Robert Conkey. It provided us with a closer look at the -game environments. We also saw a big giant snake and we can’t wait to see more of it.
The headless enemy also made an appearance to remind us of the Souls series. Hidetaka Miyazaki says that the team has learned a lot from Dark Souls and Bloodborne games. According to him, it’s not an evolution of the souls series. Shadows Die Twice is a game build up from scratch.
The beta of the game is rumored to take place but it’s not officially confirmed yet.
Sekiro Shadows Die Twice will release on March 22, 2019, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
