Nvidia RTX 2070 is the new kid on the block and here we have some Nvidia RTX 2070 benchmarks that show how the new Turing architecture competes with the Pascal architecture. With the help of DLSS, the Nvidia RTX 2070 is able to perform twice as better as the GTX 1070 and it provides better performance than the Titan Xp at half the price.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang talked about this new technology and how after every 10 years GPU performance increased by 1000 times. The following is what he had to say in this regard at GTC 2018:
If we can create a neural network architecture and an AI that can infer and can imagine certain types of pixels, we can run that on our 114 teraflops of Tensor Cores, and as a result increase performance while generating beautiful images. Well, we’ve done so with Turing with computer graphics.
Nvidia RTX 2070 benchmarks show not only how well the Nvidia RTX 2070 performs as compared to the previous generation models but the graphics cards in the same series as well. You can check out the Nvidia RTX 2070 benchmarks below:
The Nvidia RTX 2070 is the bare minimum requirement for Nvidia real-time ray tracing. Even though these cards are out, there is no game that supports the feature. We will tell you more about these graphics cards when we have supported games. If you are interested in seeing how well these graphics cards perform with ray tracing then stay tuned for more news and information.
Nvidia RTX 2070 release is around the corner and you will be able to get one soon but you should wait for benchmarks with RTX on before buying one of these graphics cards.
Let us know what you think about these Nvidia RTX 2070 benchmarks and whether or not you are interested in getting one of these graphics cards.
