October Brings Another Pair Of Free Xbox One Games For Live Gold Members

The start of a new month is pretty exciting for the members of Xbox Live Gold membership. Each month brings a couple free Xbox One games with it for these members. The free Xbox One games for October are now open to access for Live Gold members.

October 2018 Games For Xbox Live Gold

Free Xbox One Games:

  • Overcooked (October 1-31)
  • Victor Vran (October 16-November 15)
  • Livelock (September 16-October 15)

The first on the list is a restaurant game called Overcooked where players have to prepare meals. The major task of players in this game is to serve their customers in some eccentric locations. The gameplay of the Overcooked requires up to three co-op partners with each player.

Cleaning and preparing the dishes and putting the stovetop fires out are the basic tasks. The gameplay of this restaurant game is quite simple yet graceful. Finding yourself cooking meals in the middle of the sea on floating ice is quite a sight. Overcooked is the only one of the free Xbox One games available throughout October.

Along with the above-mentioned free Xbox One games, there is a pair of Xbox 360 titles too. Note that Xbox 360 games are backward compatible so they are free Xbox One games also:
Xbox 360:

  • Stuntman: Ignition (October 1-15)
  • Hitman: Blood Money (October 16-31)

Stuntman Ignition is like Overcooked also available from the start of October. But this Xbox 360 game is only available for half of the month. Once you get behind the wheel in this game the stunts would make you lose track of time. Players have to do set pieces
in their stunt vehicles.

Along with Stuntman Ignition and Overcooked, Livelock is also available in as of now. Meanwhile, two remaining games in the above two lists would be available from 16 October. Moreover, if you did not use September’s free Xbox One games last month they are now back to their original price.

Xbox One is getting a lot of hype in the market lately with the backing of fans and developers alike. No doubt it has become fastest growing console in the UK. Such feats have helped the console receive extended support for keyboard and mouse.
