Devil May Cry 5 Dante Vs Cavaliere Angelo Boss Fight Shows New Weapons And Devil Trigger

We are getting new information regarding the upcoming Devil May Cry 5 game and we have talked about the Rebellion sword breaking and how Dante is going to use a new weapon in Devil May Cry 5. The new gameplay video that was shown off at TGS 2018 confirms that theory. We see Dante using the Sparda sword as his primary weapon in this video.

Not only do we get a glimpse of Dante using the Sparda sword in this video, but we also see the Bike in action and how it is going to be used. The combos with the bike are very interesting and I like how you can just rush into an enemy while riding the bike in order to deal damage. We also see other weapons that Dante will be using in Devil May Cry 5, these include the grieves that we have seen in previous games.

The new video also shows us one of the boss fights. This time the boss is Cavaliere Angelo, which is interesting because the bike that you get when you buy Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe Edition is called Cavaliere R. There might be some kind of co-relation here but we will need to learn more in order to confirm how the weapon and the boss are related. You can check out the boss fight below:

One thing to note in the video is how fluid the dodging mechanics are. Even if you are not playing the game, from a spectator point of view the dodging looks so great that it looks like something out of a movie. I am sure that players will need a certain degree of skill in order to pull off such well times dodges but the animation for each dodge is super realistic.

We have also learned that there will be some missions in which the character can be selected depending on the player choice. This is very interesting indeed as players will have a certain degree of freedom and flexibility. We have also learned about the optimization for the game on Xbox One X.

Let us know what you think about Devil May Cry 5 and whether or not you are interested in playing the game when it comes out next year.
