Red Dead Redemption 2 Locations Range From Cities To Towns To Landmarks

You’re going to be doing a lot of traveling in Red Dead Redemption 2, and Rockstar and Take Two have now decided to give us some information about the various Red Dead Redemption 2 locations that will be available in the game, which range from cities and towns to places on the Frontier.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is a prequel to the original Red Dead Redemption, and apparently won’t be taking place in the vicinity South Texas and northern Mexico the way the first game did. However, we will be seeing a wide stretch of country as the Van Der Linde gang and its followers (which include both new faces and old characters that will play a role in the later Red Dead Redemption plot) travel from place to place to evade the law.

These various Red Dead Redemption 2 locations include the small livestock town of Valentine in New Hampshire, the mining town of Annesburg, the gateway city of Saint Denis, the town of Rhodes, torn apart by warring plantation families, Strawberry, a tourist town in the making, and Lagras, a bayou town filled with swamp-wise natives offering guides for those who try and cross the swamp. Players will also have to contend with Mount Hagen, a huge mountain covered with snow.

All the while as you pass through these different areas, protagonist Arthur Morgan will have to hunt, do side missions, and talk around to the various caravan inhabitants in order to get the full experience out of the game, while also continuing his life of crime with the gang.

All of these different Red Dead Redemption 2 locations likely will have a lot for you to do in them as well, ranging from missions to gambling to messing around with prostitutes, along with continuing the story.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be coming out on October 26 of this year for the Xbox One and Playstation 4.
