Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti has been delayed by a week. It was supposed to be available on the 20th of September but now it will be available on 27th September instead. Nvidia did not mention why the cards are being delayed but you should know that if you have pre-ordered the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti then you will receive it between September 20th and September 27th.
This does not affect the availability of the RTX 2080 and people should be able to get one on the 20th provided that there are any cards left. Nvidia did claim that there will be no shortages this time but keeping in mind what happened last time, I am not sure about that. If you have not pre-ordered one and want one sooner than later, then you will want to hurry.
My personal recommendation is that you should wait. Wait for the reviews to come in and then wait some more. You should wait till we have reviews from people that are not affected by the NDA. Nvidia is being very strict when it comes to who reviews the RTX graphics cards and how they are reviewed. The company even pulled its sponsorship from a steamer that mentioned that people should not pre-order RTX graphics cards because Nvidia has not revealed proper performance numbers.
Other than that the NDA has been extended and now we are hearing that the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti has been delayed. I would go as far as to say that there is something fishy going on here but I do not know what that is. At least not right now. We are going to keep you updated regarding the matter so stay tuned for further information.
Let us know what you think about the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti being delayed and whether or not you are interested in getting one of these graphics cards once they are released.
