Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 has been out for a while now and I think we have given people enough time to play the game but it is still worth mentioning that if you have not played the game yet then there will be spoilers in this list of Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 boss fights. The boss fights are ranked from best to worst. If you have played the game then you will know exactly what I am talking about but if you have not and are interested in know which villains are part of Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4, then you can stick around too.
Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 Boss Fights
The following are Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 boss fights ranked from best to worst:
Doctor Octopus is the best boss when it comes to the actual fight and what is interesting that is that he thinks that he is actually helping humanity by continuing his research. That is something that sticks with the player. He is blind to the fact that he has become a villain in his pursuit of justice. The fight with Doctor Octopus is no doubt the best Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 boss fights that you will experience in the game.
This is the second villain on our list of Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 boss fights and the main reason behind that is the fact that the game focuses on both the of personalities that the character has. This is something that you will need to experience on your own in order to understand.
Scorpion And Rhino
You think Spidey can’t hold his own when facing off against two badies? Then you are wrong. While timing is key here and the windows are pretty tight, you have Rhino in your face all the time and Scorpion shooting projectiles from a distance. There are times where you need to decide which enemy to make contact with. Both jump in together from time to time and while this can make things a bit difficult, you need to be patient and persistent in order to defeat both of these enemies at the same time.
While the Shocker is a very powerful enemy and a direct blow from this guy will send Spidey flying back, the actual boss fight is decent at best. Defeating this guy is pretty straightforward as all you really need to do is avoid his attacks and wait for an opening. Keep repeating this and that is all that there is to this Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 boss fight.
While the villain himself is pretty disappointing in terms of the boss fight, it is worth mentioning that the way Spiderman can move around in the surroundings is pretty cool and that is something that the fans will appreciate. Then again fans can also appreciate the same things in the open world and the boss fight could have been better.
Electro And Vulture
Here we have Spiderman going up against a duo yet again but this is not a problem for the friendly web-slinger. This boss fight is easier than the previous duo that Spiderman went up against and this is kind of a disappointment if you ask me. The boss fight seems to be rushed and Spiderman never feels to be in any kind of danger to start with.
This is a bit of an odd one, as the only way to beat this guy is by making him inhale a cure. This is odd because Tombstone is not supposed to breathe at all. This could be something that the developer overlooking but we are not sure exactly what Insomniac was thinking. Whatever the case may be the boss fight is not a good one and that is why this villain is way down here.
Without being too harsh, let’s just say that this guy is just a damage sponge and all you really need to do is dodge and hit. You don’t even need to get to cover. The fight is pretty straightforward and keeping in mind the grind that you need to go through in order to face off with him, it is very disappointing indeed.
The Kingpin is supposed to be a major villain and you don’t expect him to go down without a fight but that is exactly what happens in Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4. All you need to do is avoid the big guy when he rushes into you and you should be fine.
