Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay we saw earlier was running on PC. The game’s resolution and frame rates are unknown but the looks of it, it seems to be running at 60FPS. But we can’t say for sure until detailed analysis arrives.
The game looked and incredible on PC but means you would require a powerful hardware rig. Still, the best possible version will be offered on PC even on mid-range specs. Meanwhile, we are yet to see how it runs and looks on PS4 and Xbox One X.
This is the very first time we are seeing Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay on PC or any other platform. Such cases are never a coincidence when it comes to CD RED. The company fully supports PC gaming with Cyberpunk as it did with The Witcher series.
Keep in mind that this isn’t exactly the same footage media saw behind closed doors at E3. However, there are similarities between this and the gameplay showed at Gamescom and E3 behind closed doors.
The gameplay focused on side quests and the main mission was also featured in details. Additionally, driving mechanics were showcased as well. It’s clear as day how much our decisions and choices would impact gameplay. This was indeed previously mentioned by CD Projekt RED as well.
According to CD Projekt RED, the game would make players wonder where and how they made a mistake. Even side quests have a direct impact on main missions. The story structure is similar to The Witcher 3 in which some side quests branched into main story missions. However, this feature has a deeper implementation in Cyberpunk 2077.
Moreover, the vast open world will work in a similar manner to GTA V but remains different in many ways.
This is a world where the worst crimes happen in broad daylight, and everybody knows that they happen, and everybody just kind of goes along with it. Everybody just lives their lives.
