Red Dead Redemption 2 Gameplay Feature That’s Inspired by Splinter Cell

Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay trailer came out in 4K just a few hours ago. One of the things we noticed is how a gunplay feature is inspired by Splinter Cell.

Looking at the Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay trailer one can see how the lead character is able to slow down time while aiming his gun. Moreover, he is able to tag multiple enemies and kill them all at once with headshots. Meanwhile, in GTA V, players were able to slow down time when playing with Franklin but it was only available while driving. Red Dead Redemption 2 is using a mix of both features in its gunplay.

Such a feature can come in handy when dealing with multiple enemies. However, in Splinter Cell players had to perform multiple stealth kills before a “mark and execute” could be performed. It helps balance the gameplay and doesn’t let the player feel overpowered.

It would be interesting to see how Red Dead Redemption handles this feature.

Speaking of features, Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay has plenty to offer. The gameplay trailer gave us a look at camps, companions, activities, gunplay, and much more.

Red Dead Redemption 2 release date is October 26 for PS4, Xbox One, but there is no news regarding a PC version. However, rumor has it that we may see the game on PC within a year of its launch on consoles. According to Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick, Red Dead Redemption is going to be a major entertainment event.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is Rockstar Games’ first title developed from the ground up for the current console generation. We could not be more excited about the upcoming launch of Red Dead Redemption 2, which is poised to be another massive entertainment event.

The creators are confident that Red Dead is going to perform exceptionally well. But analysts believe otherwise. Market researchers say while Red Dead will sell well, it won’t do as good as some of the other games releasing in the same time frame.

But we are expecting Red Dead to capitalize on the success of GTA Online by adding a multiplayer mode to Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay. This will boost the game’s appeal to a greater audience, resulting in better sales performance.
