Valkyria Chronicles 4 is releasing in September, adding another title to a successful strategy RPG franchise. SEGA has released the Valkyria Chronicles 4 PC System Requirements you need to know before buying the game, along with its features on PC.
The Valkyria Chronicles 4 PC System Requirements can be found on the game’s Steam page and they are beyond reasonable. As you can see below, even a low-end PC can run it, if it manages to find 71GB of storage space. Here are the minimum requirements for Valkyria Chronicles 4:
- OS: Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i3 6100 or equivalent AMD
- Memory: 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 650Ti 2GB
- DirectX: Version 9.0c
- Storage: 71 GB available space
It’s true, the storage space the game needs is harsh. Not only will Valkyria Chronicles 4 take forever to download but you’ll also face issues with adding the game to your SSD storage if its space is running low. Be sure to have cleaned a big “chunk” of space before buying it.
Given the fact that Valkyria Chronicles is a series of games based on canvas aesthetics and keeping in mind that its 4th installment will be available in 4K, the hard drive space needed almost makes sense.
Seeing the PC version of the game weighing in around 70GB makes us wonder what the Nintendo Switch version of it will be like. Of course, it can’t be that much, since its even more than the internal storage of the console. All games are adjusted to fit the Switch’s hardware though, so we expect it to be fully ported by September.
Furthermore, the Steam page for Valkyria Chronicles 4 includes some useful information for the game on PC. According to SEGA, you can expect 4K resolution, customizable keyboard and mouse controls, even ultra- widescreen support.
Valkyria Chronicles 4 will be available on September 25th for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
