With the release of Call of Duty Black Ops 4 getting ever closer, new information has recently come to light showing what the Black Ops 4 beta size will actually be. Apparently, the beta will be quite a substantial one, being around 33 gigs in size though apparently it will be varying by region.
Black Ops 4 will be a big departure from previous Call of Duty games, being entirely multiplayer-focused rather than having a single-player mode. The game will have Nazi Zombies and regular multiplayer, along with a Battle Royale mode known as Blackout. We don’t know what the beta will allow us to play (though likely at least a little bit from each mode), so the size of the beta is justified.
The difference in the Black Ops 4 beta size can be put down to various differences that will be going from country to country, such as language differences and other such things. However, the rest of the beta’s contents still haven’t been disclosed.
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is the latest in what many might think of as the most popular Call of Duty series, which managed to stick around when Call of Duty Infinite Warfare came out due to having better multiplayer and more engaging gameplay, though Call of Duty WW2 managed to supplant it for a time. Black Ops 4 might be signaling a return to the supremacy of the Call of Duty Black Ops games over the rest, for now at least.
The Black Ops 4 beta size will take a while to download when you get at it, which you can by pre-ordering the game from participating retailers. In the meantime, you should probably keep on the lookout for when exactly the beta will be coming out, especially if you’ve pre-ordered it. Black Ops 4 will be coming out on the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC on October 12.
