Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Scorestreaks – New And Returning Scorestreaks, How to Use

Scorestreaks were absent from a few Call of Duty games but fans can rejoice at the fact that they are back in full force. There are quite a lot of different scorestreaks which will be making a return to the game and this article on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 scorestreaks will tell you about all of them. In this Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 scorestreaks will list the scorestreaks that are available to you in the game along with how should you be using them in order to get the maximum benefit out of them.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Scorestreaks

Scorestreaks sort of work as a reward for you when you kill a number of people in a row. Getting scorestreaks is a lot of fun as not only do you kill many people but also you get to kill even more when the scorestreak comes in.

Let us go ahead and take a look at the scorestreaks that exist in the game, what they do, and what is it that you can do in order to get the most out of them.

RC-XD

This is a remote-controlled car that you can get. It is not going to be a drone like it was in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 but rather proof that the game will have more ground combat than its predecessor. It is best to use this while hiding in a safe place since you can still be killed when you are controlling a car.

Gunship

This is another scorestreak that players who have played previous games in the series will be well-known for. You get a gunship as the name suggests. You will be able to fire at players from the air and will have thermal imaging to help you along the way. There is really no tip that I can give you, except fire at the squares and wreak havoc.

Mantis

This is one of the newer scorestreaks that we have seen in the game. Not a lot of information is available on it as of yet but you will be able to get a drone that does a lot of damage. It is yet to be known if we can control it or not.

Dog Unit

Dogs have been a very important part of the Call of Duty series for quite a bit of time. Dogs make a return to the multiplayer component of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 through the scorestreaks. Dogs can be used to pin down enemies and gain a strategic advantage in pitched battles – although pitched battles are not that common in the Call of Duty franchise.

Hellstorm Missile

With a name like that, you know it is going to be a deadly piece of machinery. This missile is guided by the player and was a massive damage dealer in both Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 3. Use it for maximum effect when many enemies are alive since it can take them all out if they are huddled together with one another.

Airstrike

Perhaps the most easily understandable scorestreak there is. A jet reigns down hell from above. If we are considering the previous games, the player will be able to guide where the strike lands. It is quite similar to the Hellstorm missile and should be used where the enemy is concentrated.

Strike Team

Two AI controlled soldiers will drop down onto the battlefield and they will be trying to kill enemies for you. Quite simple, and yet deadly if used properly. Try to go with these players and aid them in their hunt for the enemies, as you will be able to trade them for a tango even if they fail to kill anything.

Automatic Turret

This is another piece of machinery which players will know of. The player will place an automatic turret and it will be hunting down various different enemies as soon as they step into its line of sight. Try to place this in an area where it can only be shot from the angle that it is watching to ensure it stays protected for a long time.
