The 11th major installment in Assassin’s Creed series, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is in development by Ubisoft Entertainment and is scheduled to release later this year. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is going to the Greek era with various new features and a new set of abilities which have appeared after first being shown during E3.
A website named Codex revealed in an article showing how Odyssey is going to introduce Arabic subtitles along with new some abilities which were locked before. You can clearly see below that there are few abilities shown at the bottom as compared to the first one.
All of the unlocked abilities can be upgraded up to 3 times including the leap of faith and eagle vision. The background is also different than before and crafting/collectibles can be seen at the top along with a new icon next to the in-game currency.
We don’t yet know about the change in the background, whether it depends on the character or something else. People on Reddit are also predicting a horse calling ability to be one of them and recruiting ability which has been found in previous games is still expected to be one of them.
For the people living in the Middle East and North Africa region, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will now include Arabic subtitles throughout the game from the in-game menu options to the story.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is going to bring us vibrant visuals of the game with varied locations, thanks to Ancient Greece. It’s one of the reasons why Scott Phillips has called Odyssey the prettiest game in the series.
There’s also an official Assassin’s Creed Odyssey official collector’s edition guide available if you want to complete the game 100% when it finally launches on October 5 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
