The Elder Scrolls 6 Is Set In Iliac Bay, A New Theory Suggests and It’s a Strong One

The Elder Scrolls 6 was announced at E3 with a very short trailer which gave us a look at the title of the game and a beautiful scenery. Well, if you are an Elder Scrolls fan, you wouldn’t just stop there until you figure out what the place might be. A Redditor has found it out with an enhanced software and it’s now on you to believe or not.

A Redditor, Kaylenivy shared his discovery to the subreddit of Elder Scrolls with the help of some enhanced screenshots which he got after digging inside the trailer with a professional photography software. The trailer shows us the cloudly coastline, mountains, hills and some vegetation. Kaylenivy used the software to make the ocean and sky more vivid, which turns out to be the Iliac Bay which is between the Hammerfell and High Rock.

Kaylenivy also claims that the ruined building shown in the trailer is from the ancient Volenfell. However, some Redditors have pointed out that Volenfell is much bigger than a ruined castle as appeared previously in The Elder Scrolls Online. Volenfell is also not that close to Iliac Bay which makes the guess less likely to be true.

Though the location being Iliac Bay is very strong, guess we will have to wait till anything is officially confirmed.

Todd Howard recently confirmed that the region for  The Elder Scrolls 6 has already been decided and we can predict the location from the trailer but we also can’t because it has been done intentionally.

We also did some digging and according to us, it’s going to be one of these 6 locations. Bethesda will probably reveal more information about the game when they are done with the production of Fallout 76 which is scheduled to release on November 14, 2018.

Do you think it’s Iliac Bay? Let us know in the comments below.
