ASRock GPU Roadmap Leaked, No AMD RX 600 Series GPU This Year

ASRock GPU roadmap has been leaked and we can see that there are no new AMD RX 600 series coming out this year. Other than that, the AMD RX 600 are not expected till the second quarter or 2019. We are going to be getting a new MK series of graphics cards coming out in August.

We heard that the ASRock was planning to release custom AMD Vega graphics cards but it does not seem to be the case according to this ASRock GPU roadmap. While AMD RX 500 series is a refresh of the 400 series I hope that the AMD RX 600 series will be more than that. You can check out the ASRock GPU roadmap below:

While AMD has not been doing too well in the graphics space that has not been holding the company back as AMD Vega graphics cards are moving to the 7nm process and we should see an increase in performance as well as power efficiency. While we have not heard about any AMD Vega gaming graphics cards coming out, we do know that there will be gaming graphics cards based on the 7nm process.

It will be interesting to see what kind of performance boost we will get by moving to the 7nm process. We are not sure whether the next AMD gaming graphics cards are going to be based on AMD Vega or Navi architecture but we will keep you updated regarding the matter so stay tuned for further information.

While we won’t be getting any new AMD graphics cards this year, it is expected that Nvidia will be releasing the next generation Volta based graphics cards. It is about time as it has been two years since Pascal was first announced and there is a lot of hype around the upcoming architecture and what it will have to offer.

Let us know what you think about this ASRock GPU roadmap.
