Xbox Scarlet To Stream Games To Your Smartphone Using 5G?

Xbox Scarlet is the codename for the upcoming next-generation Xbox. We know that there will be a family of devices rather than a single console and while this could be taken in any sense, Phil Spencer has teased streaming and that could mean that players will be able to stream their Xbox Scarlet games to their mobile devices.

Streaming is not something new, we have seen companies try it multiple times but it has not been implemented right. There are plenty of things that have gone wrong with streaming but we should keep in mind that the Xbox Scarlet is not coming out now. It will be coming out in 2020 at the soonest and by then 5G will be introduced and will be implemented. Keeping that in mind it is possible that Microsoft will introduce a device with the Xbox Scarlet that will be able to stream games to smartphones. It is also possible that this functionality will be built into the Xbox Scarlet but that seems highly unlikely.

While there is still much that we do not know about the Xbox Scarlet, this speculation is not something unreasonable. Other than that, we know that the Xbox One X does 4K 60 FPS in some titles but you can expect the upcoming Xbox Scarlet to perform even better. This means that you can expect more titles to support 4K 60 FPS on the upcoming console.

You can expect to see a next-generation graphics architecture designed with the next generation Xbox in mind. Other than that, we have been hearing that the device will have a dedicated graphics card rather than an APU. It will be interesting to see the level of performance the console will have to offer.

Let us know what you think about the upcoming Scarlet Xbox and what it will have to offer as compared to the current Xbox One X.
