Famous Call of Duty streamer Epsilon Dqvee is one of the lucky players who’s been able to get a sneak peek at what it feels like to be playing Black Ops 4, and it seems like he’s fairly impressed with the game and how it feels to play various different classes.
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is the most recent entry in the Black Ops series of Call of Duty games, but will be a good deal different from other Call of Duty games before it, not just in terms of gameplay but in terms of game modes as well. The game does not have a story mode, just the multiplayer and zombie modes and is also getting the Call of Duty franchise’s first-ever Battle Royale mode.
And with such a huge emphasis on multiplayer, Treyarch has really had to work to make the multiplayer feel polished. According to the statements by Epsilon, they’ve succeeded. Epsilon says that everything he did while playing Black Ops 4 feels tight and responsive, and the slide ability that players have is really fluid, and the game itself was fun to play.
He even says that all of the different weapons in the game often got time with him, when he normally only sticks to assault rifles or submachine guns, and he finished each of the Strategic Point games that he played with a large number of kills.
While we don’t necessarily know what all that we’ll be getting in terms of tech and weapons in Black Ops, it’s likely that we’ll be seeing drones, high-tech guns, wingsuits, and more gadgets like them, especially since Treyarch can dedicate all of its time to multiplayer tools.
We’ll likely hear more opinions on what playing Black Ops 4 feels like in the future, but until then we’ll have to wait and see how it plays for ourselves when Call of Duty Black Ops 4 comes out on October 12 for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
