Memorial For Destiny 2 Cayde-6 Set Up By A Fan Outside E3

Someone set up a real-life memorial of Cayde-6 outside the Los Angeles Convention Center after he was seen getting killed in the latest Destiny 2: Forsaken.

In case you live under a rock or you don’t like Destiny, a new story trailer was shown for Destiny 2: Forsaken which looked amazing but not much as everyone had their jaws dropped when they witnessed the death of Hunter Vanguard Cayde-6.

Fans have been in complete shock lately. The trailer showed Cayde-6 being killed by Prince Uldren who has come back for some reason after being absent since the Destiny‘s The Taken King expansion.

Everyone has been mourning the death of Cayde-6 but someone took it to the next level by showing how much an in-game character can affect someone in real life.

Someone held a real-life memorial of Cayde-6 outside the Los Angeles Convention Center where E3 2018 is taking place. On Tuesday, Destiny fans found this memorial on the sidewalk.

According to Bungie, Cayde-6 is gone forever and is gone for good. There are no plans to bring him back to the game. As in the trailer, Cayde-6 was brutally executed and we also see his ghost getting shot at as well. A guardian needs his ghost to come back and seeing how the first bullet was shot at the ghost in the trailer, the second bullet is the last thing that Cayde-6 must have saw.

Destiny 2 Forsaken is the next expansion for Bungie’s flagship franchise and according to them it is what the fans asked for. While the player base of the game has dropped a lot, the developers have claimed they will have been listening to the community and will be fixing all the issues that players have reported in the Destiny 2 Forsaken DLC.

Destiny 2 has been criticised a lot lately and many fans of the game called it a complete disappointment which has made the developers do the best they can to win everyone’s trust back.
