Bethesda E3 2018 Roundup

The following article will discuss every Bethesda announcement in detail so let’s get to it. We will talk about gameplay details, release dates, special editions, rumors and much more.

Fallout 76 – Details, Release Date, Special Editions, and More

Fallout 76 is Bethesda’s new massive Fallout game which is 4 times bigger than Fallout 4. While Todd Howard stressed the game is fully playable in solo, a core component of the experience revolves around online multiplayer. Players will create their own base with friends in 4-player coop. The game is merging PvE and PvP modes so you will not only be facing monstrosities created by Nuclear explosions but also other players on your server.

Fallout 76 map is created using new rendering and lighting technology to enrich graphical details in environments. It features traditional FPS elements and dying will not strip you of your gear. But being aggressive toward other players is not the best of options so do not start killing everyone as it may place a bounty on your head. But probably the best feature about the game is its nuclear sites that you can take control of. Yes, you can launch nuclear missiles on other players and their bases. You can then visit the attacked location and look for high-end loot but beware of attackers. Fallout 76 release date is set for November 14 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Publisher is offering a special edition called the collector’s edition that costs $199 and is available to preorder. Details about the edition are limited but we know it comes with a life size Power Armor Helmet.

Starfield – Release Date, Gameplay details, Special Editions and More

Starfield is a brand new IP in development at Bethesda and it seems it is set in space, or at least some part of it. It is releasing within the next two years on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. For the time being, that is all we know about it.

Fallout Shelter is Coming to PS4 and Nintendo Switch

Fallout Shelter is releasing on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch later tonight for free. The game is going to be optimized for both platforms and will offer the same experience as it did on mobile devices.

The Elder Scrolls Blades

The Elder Scrolls Blades is a new mobile game releasing later this year on Android and iOS. Players can pre-order the game right now. It is a new game that offers base building features, PvP, PvE, and a full story mode. The best part is that it is also coming to PC and VR platforms and all versions are connected to each other. In the game, some of the dungeons are handcrafted while others are procedurally generated.

Doom Eternal – Release Date, Gameplay Details, and More

It is assumed that the game takes place after the betrayal. It is a sequel to Doom and brings hell on Earth. It will bring back classic executions and more gore than ever. While details are limited, for the time being, the game is going to be fully detailed at Quakcon later this year.

RAGE 2 – Gameplay Details, Release Date, Special Editions and More

RAGE is back with a massive bang; id Software has put Avalanche Studios in charge of the new game it is coming together beautifully. You will be playing as the last “Walker” of the barren lands going up against a powerful enemy. The game is set in the backdrop of a post-apocalyptic world after civilization is pushed to the brink of destruction by an asteroid. 80% of the world’s population is dead and is now your job to make the world a better place. And how are you going to do that? Go into RAGE mode!

Gameplay changes made to the new game are pretty impressive. The Walker uses different skills to take enemies and can select from a range of different weapons types – assault rifles, pistols, shotguns, and more. One of the abilities we saw allowed the player to teleport like Overwatch’s Tracer; switching weapons at the same time and blasting the enemy up close. We also saw melee kill animations that are pretty sick.

The Elder Scrolls 6 – Gameplay Details, Rumors, Announcements and More

The Elder Scrolls 6 is announced at E3 this year with a brief teaser.
