Dead Or Alive 6 Trailer Revealed, Game Releases Early 2019

Against all odds and with E3 2018 being just a few hours away, Koei Tecmo has just revealed a new addition to their most famous fighting franchise. The Dead Or Alive 6 Trailer was uploaded a few hours ago, showing the visual and gameplay upgrades to the Dead or Alive universe.

As the Dead Or Alive 6 Trailer description reads, the game will include both new and old fighters with some of them being Kasumi, Hayate, Hayabusa, Helena, Jann Lee, and Zack, which were revealed in it.

You can tell by the looks of it, that Dead or Alive 6 sees a big visual upgrade from its predecessor. If viewed in full HD you can already see that the visual FX and character models are as fluid as ever.

Gameplaywise, the game will introduce two new mechanics to help beginner players get into its intense fights easier: Fatal Rush and Break Gauge. As with any other game in the franchise, special combo chains and perfect timing will be present in Dead or Alive too, as its trailer reveals.

If what you just read has got you wanting more you won’t have to wait long since Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo will reveal more information about Dead or Alive 6 during E3 2018 and more specifically, on June 11. possibly at the PC Gaming Show.

Dead or Alive 6 has a release window of Early 2019, presumably putting it somewhere in the first quarter of the year. It will be available on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.

A Nintendo Switch version for Dead or Alive 6 has not been announced, with that being in sync with the fact that Koei Tecmo president and CEO, Yoichi Erikawa revealed that their games are not necessarily “needed” on Nintendo’s hybrid console.
