The time has come for CD Projekt RED to reveal some new information about Cyberpunk 2077. It might not be actual story/gameplay information but we learned that the Cyberpunk 2077 promotional campaign will be more expensive than the one of Witcher 3 and will last more months than it usually does. For this to be discussed now, we might not be far until the Cyberpunk 2077 promotional campaign finally begins.

During a recent financial conference, Adam Kiciński (general manager of the company) and Piotr Nielubowicz (financial director) shared interesting news from about Cyberpunk 2077.  This comes after the news that the company has seen a slightly worse than expected results this fiscal year, which isn’t such a big issue though, with Cyberpunk 2077 being on the way.

According to GryOnline.pl the Cyberpunk 2077 promotional campaign will last longer than a few months. The company revealed that introducing fans to a completely new universe means that the creators want to present them to us in the most accurate way possible.

Although the costs of the entire project have not yet been calculated, it will be more expensive than the promotion campaign of Witcher 3. The company reveals that the costs associated with the creation of Cyberpunk 2077 will not affect the financial results during the production process, as they are treated by the company as constant expenses.

As we mentioned above, the fact that the Cyberpunk 2077 promotional campaign is being discussed by CD Projekt Red right now probably means that it won’t be long before it starts. We already know that the company intends to reveal the game at E3 2018 in a few weeks. However, even if the campaign indeed starts at E3 2018, it might be a few months before we actually get to play the game. With that in mind, it’s safe to say that Cyberpunk 2077 might have a release window of Q1-Q2 2019.
