Subaeria is an intense action puzzler with rogue like-elements where players use their wits to manipulate their enemies into destroying each other which is making its way from Windows to console platforms including Xbox One and PS4.
Subaeria is developed by iLLOGIKA studios and is already available on PC. So you might be wondering how the game port will work on consoles or is it optimized or not.
Well to answer that thankfully GamingBolt recently spoke with iLLOGIKA communications officer Pierre-Olivier Macé, who confirmed everyone that the Xbox One and PS4 version of the game will both run at 720p resolution and will have 30 – 60 FPS.
Though he mentioned different for the upgraded consoles:
The game is running on PS4 Pro with a resolution of 1080p and on Xbox One X with a resolution of 720p, both versions run at between 30fps and 60fps.
Clearly, the studio has some priorities set for the optimization of the game on the console. Optimization is important. PCs can be really powerful and but there is no point if the game running on them are not optimized.
As for the game, you will be in control of Styx, a pretty young girl who’s out for some revenge after her family got murdered by the overlord of Siberia. You will have to fight your way through brutal robots by putting them against one another while exploring the underwater city of Subaeria uncovering mysteries and progressing towards her goal of taking revenge.
