Kingdom Hearts 3 Release Date News Will Be Next Month, Says Nomura

Kingdom Hearts 3 director Tetsuya Nomura has said that Kingdom Hearts 3 release date news will be coming sometime early next month, likely around E3. The news is welcome for any Kingdom Hearts fan, many of whom have been eagerly awaiting the next and final chapter in one of Square Enix’s most popular games.

Several months ago Kingdom Hearts 3 got a release window, being sometime this year. So it’s likely going to be sometime this year, possibly in winter or sometime around there. According to Nomura, the developer team is making final adjustments, so we’ll be going through some of the newest Disney movies sometime really soon.

Square Enix and the developers are both pretty confident in a firm release date, so whatever release date we get at E3 next month will likely be the final date, unless Nomura and Square Enix decide to delay the game again for whatever reason.

Of course, we don’t even know if Square Enix will announce the game at E3. It might be released on its own, allowing it to stick out of the hubbub of E3, but if it’s at E3 at all it will likely be one of the big stars at the Playstation 4 conference, depending on if anything else that wows the audience comes up (likely Death Stranding or some other games).

Either way, with the Kingdom Hearts 3 release date news coming so soon, players can look forward to playing as Sora and Riku again, to say nothing of interacting with Disney characters like Wreck-It Ralph, Woody and the Toy Story gang, and whoever else is in the game’s various worlds.

So, if you’ve been eagerly awaiting the Kingdom Hearts 3 release date news, then you don’t have much longer to wait until the game actually gets released and you can finally get back into your Keyblade Mastering.
