Black Ops 4 Zombies Maps Are Bloody, Will Also Feature Difficulty Levels, Custom Mutation And More

The Call of Duty Black Ops 4 has had its reveal yesterday and Treyarch among many other things also showcased the new Black Ops 4 Zombies Maps that will be featured in the game.

There will be three Zombie maps upon release, Nine, Voyage of Despair, Blood of the Dead. Treyarch announced them at the Black Ops 4 reveal event. According to Treyarch all of the three “experiences” will be available from day one.

The first map takes the new team to ancient Rome where they battle against a cult, trying to turn slaves into zombies. In the first cinematic we can see four characters performing some sort of mystical ceremony before being transported to a colosseum. You can see them using only melee weapons to take on those zombies.

The second map Voyage of Despair takes place on the Titanic where you will see the same crew in a heist gone wrong, which seems to be pretty interesting. You can be sure of one thing that iceberg is the least of their worries. When the item that you have seen in the Colosseum turns everyone on the ship into zombies but them, puts the players in a tough spot.

The third zombie map, Blood of the Dead will take you into a remaster of Black Ops 2’s Mob of the Dead with classic blood hungry zombies.

That said, the mode will itself have a custom mutation to change a variety of gameplay factors like zombie speed, health and much more. There will be 100 mutations available. Furthermore, there are Callings, which are limited time challenges and Zombie Rush.

Adding to that, solo players will be able to have bots by their side and guess what? difficulty levels are also making a return.

Having said that, rumors regarding the Black Ops 4 Battle Royale mode have finally been made official. The catch of this Battle Royale mode is that the game will be able to support up to 140 players.
