The concept of House Points is not new to the gaming world. You can gain them or lose them depending on your actions. In case, you do not know what these actions are and how to earn them, our Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery House Points Guide has you covered.

Our Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery House Points Guide will tell you all about how the point scoring in the new Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery works and how you can maximize your points.

How to Earn Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery House Points?

As you would know if you are a fan of the franchise, there are 4 different houses that you can choose from.

The four houses are Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, and Ravenclaw. You need to be careful when selecting a house, as it will determine which people you interact with during the game.

As for the House Points, you will earn them based on whatever actions you end up performing in the game.

An easy way to increase your points and receive additional ones is by performing all of the tasks that are granted to you in a diligent manner and by being respectful and nice to your professors.

Of course, it is not only possible to gain points but also to lose points. You will be penalized points if you destroy an item or are nasty to your professors. Remember that if you end up losing House Points, your housemates will become angry with you.

You can check out your points that you have gathered at the ‘House Points’ interface. At the end of the year, you will receive an award depending on how many House Points you acquired.

If you have more House Points than any other house, you will get 100 diamonds. A 2nd place will yield 10 diamonds while the 3rd will yield 2,000 Coins. Lastly, a 4th place will get you 1,000 coins.
