We all know that Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 is on its way, with only a few months before it releases, the developer Treyarch has rolled out New Black Ops 3 Content, which is meant to keep the fans all tied up until the Black Ops 4 reveal.
Treyarch and Activision recently revealed Operation Swarm for the Call Of Duty Black Ops 3. This Operation Swarm adds a brand new map, referred to as Fringe Nightfall.
Fringe Nightfall is a night-time version of the popular medium sized map Fringe. According to the publishers, this version of the map takes place “back in its Heyday”
Furthermore, Operation Swarm also adds a game mode known as Prop Hunt. Prop Hunt is one of the most popular modes and has also been featured in Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered and Call Of Duty WW2.
Unfortunately, this mode is only available on 11 multiplayer maps, which include; Aquarium, Combine, Evac, Exodus, Fringe, Redwood, Hunted, Infection, Breach, and Nuk3town.
On top of that, the New Black Ops 3 Content also adds two new weapons to the mixture as well. An RPK from the original Call of Duty Balck Ops and a Sten, as you may know from tons of World War 2 based Call Of Duty games.
Like all other additional weapons, these weapons too can only be obtained via Supply drops. Be that as it may, this event also includes a new camo and calling card as well.
With all that said, recently a new rumor has surfaced which seems to suggest that a Call of Duty Battle Royale game may be in the works for Nintendo Switch and that it shall be released later this year.
Since this is a rumor, we would suggest you take this with a grain of salt. Until we hear any more on this through official sources, it would be too early to expect anything.
