Dark Souls Remastered Network Client Is Available To Download Until May 7

The Dark Souls Remaster Network test is finally available to download. It is required to run the demo which will be available to play from May 11 to May 12.

Keep in mind that you can download the network test client until May 7, afterward it will no longer available to download. So make sure you get it as soon as possible.

If you are an Xbox One owner you can grab it from here and its 3.18 Gb in size. Without the network test client, you will not be able to try out the network test.

The client is now available to be downloaded from these stores:

  • PS4 – US Store
  • PS4 – New Zealand Store
  • Xbox One – US Store

As for Australia and the United Kingdom, the network test client is not yet available in the store but the listings tell that it will be available soon. If you have downloaded the network test client still you won’t be able to start the test until May 11.

Once you have downloaded the client you can start playing the game on these dates and times:

North America

  • May 11 from 6:00 to 12:00 am PT
  • May 12 from 6:00 to 12:00 am PT


  • May 11 from 19:00 to 22:00 JST
  • May 12 from 19:00 to 22:00 JST

Other than that if you are a PC owner of Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition you are in luck as you can get the remastered version of the game with 50% off. As for the game, the remaster version is promised to be everything Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition was and more.

Dark Souls Remaster supports full 1080p on all consoles including Nintendo Switch. The PS4 and Xbox One versions have 1080p along with an upscaled 4k version for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. The remastered version will also include all of the DLC from the original game.

Dark Souls Remastered is releasing on Xbox One, PC, and PS4 on May 25, 2018
