The Asus ROG Huracan is the new small form factor gaming desktop tower that you should look into if you are interested in buying a pre-built system. You can also check out some of our deals on pre-built systems here if you are looking to save some money. The Asus ROG Huracan is another great option. Do not let the size fool you, it has all the power that you get from a full-size PC.
The volume of the PC is 13L which is pretty small compared to standard PC builds. The size and the design adds up to make a very pretty PC but it is not just a thing of beauty. It is functional as well. Inside you will find a Core i5-8400 or the Core i7-8700, depending on the version that you have opted for. When it comes to graphics, you can choose from either a GTX 1080 or 1060.

You can configure the PC with up to 32 GB of RAM which is over kill for gaming and should be enough for content creation or other applicaitons that you are planning on using. One of the downsizes of the PC is that the power supplies are external. Not one but two of them. You get a pair of 180W PSUs if you go with the GTX 1060 and a 180W and a 230W combo if you choose to go with the GTX 1080 variant.
The size of the PC is very small and in such small space, cooling can often be a problem. Asus has been very clever about this. One of the side panels are magnetic and can fold halfway in order to provide better airflow. The inside is covered in stylized text so the PC looks good even with the side panel half open.
As of right now, we do not know how much the Asus ROG Huracan will cost but we do know that it will be coming out later this quarter so stay tuned to SegmentNext for more information.
