The registration for Hearthstone Nationals is now open for seven European countries. The developer of the game, Blizzard, is providing a perfect opportunity for those European players of the game.
These seven European countries include France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Players from all of the mentioned countries can register for the Hearthstone Nationals at the official site for a chance to compete in the finals.
Players from participating countries will be competing for Hearthstone competitive points starting from April 1 to the end of May.
Everything shall culminate in the two-day online finals starting June 23, where the top 64 players will fight for one of the eight slots in day two’s single elimination bracket.
That said, the ultimate winner will earn the lion’s share of $5,000 prize pool. So if nothing else, the prize is pretty convincing as well, the players from those seven European countries know where to register themselves. So hurry up if you are a fan of the game and take part in the Hearthstone Nationals.
Be that as it may, there is also another big event, coming our way in the near future, where the top eight Wild players worldwide will be competing. The 2018 Wild Open finals scheduled for 31st March.
The top players include Ukraine’s Alexey “alexMM” Sarayev and the Czech Republic’s Oldrich “Faeli” Mahdal. That you can catch on Saturday at 17:00 GMT, over at the official Hearthstone Twitch channel.
With all that said, there has been a rumor floating around for a while that Hearthstone is not coming to Nintendo Switch.
Although the rumor has been deemed invalid by game designer Dean Ayala, who clearly stated that there are no plans to move the game to the Nintendo Switch.
Also adding to the information regarding the game, the developers recently announced a new Hearthstone expansion known as the Witchwood expansion. That shall bring two new keywords to the popular card game and much more.
