Lindsay Lohan’s Lawsuit Battle With GTA V Creator Take-Two Ends

After fighting a long battle with GTA V publisher Take-Two, Lindsay Lohan has lost the long-running lawsuit. The once popular actress claimed that Rockstar used her likeness in Grand Theft Auto V. She went on to file a lawsuit against Take-Two back in 2014 which ended recently.

She claimed that the trashy character, Lacey Jonas, is created after her so she should be compensated by Take-Two. According to her lawyers, Lacey Jonas is an “unequivocal” representation of Lindsay.

Unfortunately for her, the case has been dismissed by the state court. The judge ruled that the satirical representations of “a modern, beach-going” young woman are not enough to link with Lohan. Therefore, the case was dismissed and ruled in favor of Take-Two.

From the get-go, it was apparent that Lindsay is trying to cash in from what she felt was her likeness in the game. However, there wasn’t enough there to suggest that Rockstar actually used her as a character in GTA V. After 4 years of battle with Take-Two, Lindsay has finally lost to the video game giant.

It would be hilarious if Rockstar puts the same character in Grand Theft Auto 6 as well.

Speaking of Grand Theft Auto 6, the game is going to release sometime in the next 3 years. Here’s is everything we know about the game so far.
