Ni No Kuni 2 Money Guide – How To Farm, Guilders And Kingsguilders (Farming Tips)

Our Ni No Kuni 2 Money Guide covers every single way there is to earn Guilders and Kingsguilders quickly in the vast own world of Ni No Kuni 2. This will, in turn, help you level up and progress in the game and make the whole experience even more powerful and satisfying!

Ni No Kuni 2 Money

Like any other RPG, Ni No Kuni 2 links progression directly with the experience and resources that you gather throughout the game. This primarily comes in the form of the in-game currency called ‘Guilders’ and a second one called ‘Kingsguilders’. The money allows you to upgrade your gear from everything from your swords and daggers to your armor and skills. Being so crucial to the whole system of the game, we highlight some of the strategies and ways you can take to earn cash in no time at all!

Guilders
The quickest way to earn Guilders is also the riskiest one. But the risk usually pays off. Basically, you can engage in combat with many of the beasts and creatures in the world of Ni No Kuni. Defeating them, these beings drop brown bags of Guilders which you can collect. Some opponents are tougher than other but then the rewards are higher too.

The other way of earning Guilders unlocks later into the game. This occurs when you move to the town of Golden Paw. The town has many merchants and trades you can find in loads of bazaars in the region. You can sell these vendors stuff like weapons which may be of no use to you at the point. Or resources you may have gathered from hunts. Almost all of the stuff in your inventory can be sold for profits with the exception of equipment which has been bound to your character.

Kingsguilders
This is the second currency in the game and is only achievable in Level 3 of the game. Once you start establishing your kingdom of Evermore, you’ll have residents populating it. These citizens will then provide you with the earnings.

To maximize these Kingsguilders, you can spend some of these to erect more buildings and settlements for incorporating more people in the kingdom. This will result in more shops and vendors being opened. Of course, the more citizens you acquire, the more earnings you get. For more information on citizens, you can check out our Citizens Guide by heading over to the page.
