Sea Of Thieves Server Crash On Its Opening Day, Rare Working On Fixing It

Game Sea Of Thieves recently rolled out and rather we could say anything, we have to reserve on that statement because game servers having serious issues.

For those who have a knack for being a pirate, the much anticipated online multiplayer game Sea Of Thieves  is out and apparently, it is already suffering an online server issue. Rare have just confirmed on their official Twitter account that the game is having issues with the servers due to overload, it seems devs weren’t ready for the flood of pirates.

The developers specifically said that they are aware of the issue that some of the players have been facing and that the development team is investigating the issue, in order to fix the problem as soon as possible. Furthermore, they will let the players know as soon as they have any new information regarding the matter.

Be that as it may, what is bothering most of the fans and player is that, the developers and publishers both, Microsoft and Rare have spent the last several weeks running tests for the game on Xbox One and Windows.

Apparently, they seem to be useless, as those tests are designed to contemplate the stress level the game can take on its servers. Even after those scale tests, the game crashed as soon as it rolled out.

The confidence of the developers seemed too good to be true. They apparently had the utmost confidence that Sea Of Thieves will be unlike any other game the audience had seen before. Well, in order for the players to know that it’s unlike anything, the game has to be playable first, without any issues.

That said, let us hope that the developers solve this Sea Of Thieves server crash issue as soon as they can. Sea of Thieves is available on Xbox One and PC.
